Buy credit in 3 steps

Step 1: SELECT

Choose the right product and, if possible, the amount you want to top up. Please make sure you choose the right provider (if you are not sure, check your mobile phone again).

Click on "Continue" to get to the order overview. All you have to do is enter your email address, your mobile phone number in the case of direct top-ups and select the desired payment method.

Click on "Buy" to complete your order. As long as you have not yet completed your order, you can correct your selection at any time by clicking on the "Back" button in your browser. You can cancel your order at any time by closing the browser window.

Step 2: PAY

In the next step you will be redirected to your selected payment method. Please follow the respective instructions to release the payment.

Please note that the payment may take a few seconds.

Step 3: CHARGE

• Direct top-up: After successful payment, your phone will be automatically charged and you don't have to do anything else :-)

• Credit or vouchers: After successful payment, you can download your voucher directly as a pdf and you will receive it by email as a pdf attachment in your order confirmation.

In addition, you will receive an order confirmation by email with detailed information about your order!

Important note: Please note that the validity period of the voucher depends on the issuer - you will find the validity period on your voucher!
